Ordering & shipping
Yes! We ship internationally and have recently updated our checkout to include pre-paid taxes and duties for Canada, the UK, Australia, the EU, and several other countries — so there are no surprises at delivery.
For countries outside this list, please be aware that additional taxes and duties upon arrival are beyond our control.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Transit time varies depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders within the USA over $100 qualify for free shipping.*
*Free shipping cannot be combined with sale pricing or other discounts.
USPS occasionally marks packages as "delivered" a day or two before they physically arrive, particularly during high-volume periods. We recommend waiting 2 business days before taking action.
If your order still hasn't arrived after 2 business days, please file a Lost Claim directly with USPS. Once a package leaves our warehouse, locating it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and recipient.
Please note: Economy and UPS Saver shipping options do not include insurance. We are unable to offer replacements or resolutions for packages lost or damaged when these options are selected.

If the package has already shipped and is returned to us, reshipping costs will be your responsibility. If we don't hear from you within 30 days of the return, your order will be issued as store credit minus shipping costs.

Important: Please hold onto all packaging and damaged product(s) — USPS requires proof of damage to process any claims.
Returns & refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to support@revitalizewellness.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the return shipping address.
Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the product(s), store credit will be issued for the product total, excluding original shipping costs.
For orders placed through Amazon or other third-party retailers, please contact them directly for return assistance.
Because we move quickly to get orders out the door, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Subscription orders: You'll receive an email reminder 5 days before your next order is scheduled to process — giving you time to edit, pause, or skip. Once the order processes, changes are no longer possible.

Products & ingredients
Yes — supporting the whole family is at the heart of what we do. Virtually all of our products are suitable for children. Please refer to each product's description for age-appropriate dosage guidance.
Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product description for full ingredient and compatibility details.
Never. The colors and natural flavors used in our blends are sourced from a trusted small business where flavors are extracted from organic plant-based ingredients — think vegetables, fruits, spices, and herbs. Nothing synthetic, nothing artificial.
Some products contain small amounts of stevia (from crushed leaves) or fructose (in Chewables). This is always clearly listed on the label and in the product description. We also offer a range of sweetener-free options if you prefer.
All dry goods (powders, capsules, softgels, chewables) have a minimum shelf life of 2 years from date of purchase when stored in a cool, dark, dry place.
Liposomal products have an 18-month shelf life unopened, and should be used within 45 days of opening for best results.
Bowel tolerance refers to the maximum amount of Vitamin C your body can absorb before experiencing loose stools — and finding it is a key part of orthomolecular Vitamin C dosing.
