Having the B6 + mag is great, and the iodine. I instantly feel good when I take this, I just mix it in water a couple of times per day. I will continue to buy this and recommend it to any woman I can. I think next I am going to add it to a fruit flavor protein gummies recipe I make.

The complaint: I have ordered this three different times, and each time it was mixed differently. The variation is beyond a different fruit powder being used, the time before this there was so much spirulina that the color was a deep, almost black indigo/teal color. The first time I ordered it, it was close to pink, and this last time, it's purple. Overall, it's great though, I can feel a difference when I take it and it could be combined in smoothies etc very easily.

If you take more than the 2 tsp, are you taking it all at one time or at separate times? Example, if I would do 4 tsp a day, would you take it all at once or maybe take 2 tsp in the morning and 2 tsp in the afternoon?
