Suggested Use:
Mixed in your choice of milk (hot or cold)
Mixed in coffee (while it defeats the blend's purpose, it tastes delicious!)
Mixed in water
Made into fat bombs or turned in candies (see recipe in next slide)

Pro-tip: We find these powders are best blended using a Frother 

Dosing Guidelines: 1 teaspoon for children ages 3-5. 2 teaspoons for children ages 6-10. 1-3 doses per day is acceptable however recommended only at nap or bedtime.

I switch between this one and s’mores. I like this one a lot better because it has stevia in it. I drink it every night before bed and it works so well! Helps me sleep. Tastes really yummy as well
